Netlify dns txt issue

Since a few days, the top level TXT dns records are not being resolved anymore. Resulting in failed spf check, and emails ending up in spam box.

I have tried removing and readding several times, but dig +short TXT domain_name keeps failing (not displaying).

It has worked in the past, and I haven’t touched this dns part. Any ideas?
