Need to remove domain secgutcheck.com from old team

  • DNS and Domain issues. Warning received: "secgutcheck.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team

Hi Netlify team,
100% this is my fault — this is my first time trying to code and create a website, and I’ve never used Netlify before. I own the domain secgutcheck.com, and I’m trying to connect it to my current site (radiant-crepe-179eb5.netlify.app). However, I’m getting the error that the domain is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

Here’s what happened:
I originally created a site and manually deployed several versions of it under the same name and domain (secgutcheck.com). Once I finalized the HTML, I wanted a clean slate, so I deleted the original project entirely. That seems to have caused the domain to become locked, even though the team or project no longer exists.

Is there any way you could help release secgutcheck.com from the old project or DNS so I can attach it to my current one?
