I’m releasing my product and I need a wildcard subdomain for my app. Netlify was able to help me the first time (for the dev environment) thanks to the support team.
Now it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have it configured. The issue - I think - is that I’m ghosted by the ticketing system: I had to submit multiple tickets because I can’t reply to the the team’s replies, my emails are rejected.
So this post on the forum is my last resort to get help
