My site https://deepwork.space (https://deepwork-space.netlify.app) doesn’t seem to work for certain users. Some users have reported that the site doesn’t load and some folks in my own team have reported that the DNS resolution for the domain seems to not be working. Even I myself have had the issue intermittently. Strange part is that it works for some and doesn’t work for othters even if they access it at the same time. I suspect this has got something to do with DNS propagation perhaps. But I added the domain several weeks ago.
Everything seems to work fine if you visit the Netlify link directly. I have the domain purchased on Spaceship.com and I’ve made sure that the nameservers for Netlify are added there properly. My other domains from there are working just fine. I’ve even removed and added the domain again and the issue still seems to persist.
What can I do to identify and fix the issue?
