Inconsistent Prerendering Behavior on Netlify

Hi Netlify Support,
I hope you’re doing well.
We’ve recently encountered an issue with the pre-rendering feature on our site hosted with Netlify. Some of our pages are correctly pre-rendered as expected, while others are not, resulting in inconsistent behavior across our application.
We’ve reviewed our build setup and routing configuration, but haven’t been able to identify a clear pattern or cause for this inconsistency. Could you help us understand what might be causing this issue and what steps we can take to resolve it?
Additionally, we’re wondering if this could be related to our current plan limits. Would upgrading our plan potentially improve the pre-rendering reliability or unlock additional features that could help address this?
We’d appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

Ps. I tried filling the support form, but it says that the email im using in the form doesn’t match with any Netlify account even tho it’s the same one on my account.

@wechalet Is this Netlify’s Prerendering, as per:
https://docs.netlify.com/site-deploys/post-processing/prerendering/

As I understand it, it has known issues and you may be better off using something else.

I’m basing this off this thread:

If you are on a Pro or Enterprise plan you can use “External services” as per the documentation here:
