If you mean that you want to check if user has filled the reCaptcha before allowing to submit the form, then it’s possible in JS (client-side). Something like this: javascript - How to check in js that user has checked the checkbox in Google recaptcha? - Stack Overflow. So if you’ve already setup everything with Firebase, you need to migrate your setup to Netlify. However, if you’ve not setup anything yet, RBAC might help.
