Identity verification failure

I’ve been having this repeated error whenever i try to sign up to netlify using my github account with email: emmaweyinmi@gmail.com.

I keep getting this message:
"Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account. "
When i try to verify, it still fails and says, “we were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.”

I really need this resolve as soon as possible for my backend development portfolio

i just tried to sign in and it flagged my idk why this happened.
i tried to verify with stripe but its still showing the same.
I also emailed them but got no response
