How to solve netlify uploading status stuck?

please help me deploying my site, I can’t update it anymore, it’s stuck at uploading status for more than 13hours. I canceled it more than 20times this month because it never finishes uploading. so, please look at this problem and help me solve it in the shortest time possible.
(my whole size of the site’s folder is 79Mb ok and most of it is already uploaded)
