How to deploy from file, not from github

hi there,

i want to deploy a website from my pc, i did not option to upload website content.
netlify just give me option to upload from github

how to upload a website from file.

You need to have a folder with an index.html in its root. Then drag and drop that folder in Netlify UI to create a new website (or update a previous one).

i am seeing “New site from git” button at my home page.
when i click it ask my repository url of github

how to upload from file???
