Hello,
I am trying to add my custom domain homfixj.com to my new project, but I keep getting the error: “homfixj.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The old team account (sherif-qassem-marketing's team) has been suspended due to a billing/non-payment issue, and I cannot access it to delete the DNS zone manually.
To prove my ownership of the domain, I have already configured a TXT record on my domain registrar with the host name verified-for-netlify.
Could you please support me by releasing/deleting the DNS zone from the old suspended team so I can link it to my new project?
