Hello, can i use cloudflare name servers and netlify name servers at the same time?

Doing so is not going to work. You can use Cloudflare DNS and have a site on Netlify. Read [Support Guide] What problems could occur when using Cloudflare in front of Netlify? for more on doing this properly.
