Github actions cli is broken

Hi,
The github actions to use the netlify cli is broken because of a dependency version update.

Consequence, the automated workflows from github action that use the cli are down.

Can someone of your team check this PR that solves the issue ?

I’ve forwarded this to developers of Netlify CLI but this is outside their office hours at this time. I’m hoping for action on this soon and I wanted to update this topic to keep you in the loop.

Thanks for your patience, @grzi - looks like that repo is fairly abandoned, but it also looks like there was a fix in open-api instead that got you rolling? Let me know if not!
