Check if there is a typo in rightseat.rw.

And when tested the nameservers are richeable

Sounds like local DNS propagation issue to me. It works fine from my end.

Thank you for your reply, but our domain is live for more than 3 years and the name servers also are up,

It’s worth contacting your domain registrar in that case, as when I run:

whois rightseat.rw

I get:

whois: connect(): Operation timed out

the registrar said there is not issue with domain, we have a local whois database, when checked it it shows good result,I shows even netlify nameserver were pointed

Are you trying to access from a specific region? Did you try using a VPN?

on vpn it works, also I tried to change while troubleshooting on on local pc machine and set google dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and it works,
