Getting duplicate submissions from a form

I have a very simple contact form on capability-charlotte.netlify.app. In the last 24 hours, the same form submission has come through 7 times, both as an email notification and in the list of form submissions in the Forms section of the control panel. It’s a legitimate submission from a real user and I’ve contacted them in person to confirm they’ve only submitted the form once. I have honeypot fields turned on for this form.

I haven’t changed anything in my form configuration for months, what’s going on?

Sorry to hear about the issue with multiple forms. I did try the form I found on the contact section, however, I was unable to reproduce the issue with duplicate forms. Were you able to resolve the issue? If not, could you provide exact steps to reproduce the issue?

Thanks for trying. I’ve not been able to recreate the issue so I assumed it was a temporary issue in the Netlify backend.
