Gatsby Form not showing up in dashboard

Hey team, I’ve had great success adding netlify forms to my site. I have just two forms which are not being recognised in my dashboard. These are live at https://www.thedocyard.co/book-your-demo/ and https://www.thedocyard.co/instant-quote/

Every other form is showing up. But for some reason unbeknownst to me I can’t get these two to show up.

SOLVED: I had literal urls in my actions which Netlify couldn’t validate. I changed to relative urls and this worked.
