Hi Netlify team,
All deploys on my team are blocked with:
“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”
However, my Usage & billing page shows 30 credits available, so the block does not match my actual usage. This looks like the same stale credit-flag issue several other Free plan teams have reported recently.
Details:
- Team name: Jeungtae Projects
- Plan: Free
- Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon next to it)
- Current billing period: Aug 8 – Sep 7
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
- Affected sites: dundun-care.netlify.app, gain-marriage.netlify.app
- Deploy method: manual drag-and-drop upload
Both sites are currently live, but I cannot publish any updates.
Could you please reset the stuck flag and re-enable deploys for my team?
