My Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits available, but the banner
says “has run out of credits” and blocks production deploys and Agent Runners.
This has been happening since last Friday and is still not resolved.
This looks like the known July 2026 stuck credit flag bug reported by many
other Free plan teams recently. Could you please reset the flag for my team
so production deploys work again?
