Subject: Urgent - site down, orphaned NS1 zone blocking DNS verification
My site (project: bejewelled-souffle-03792b) is down. I’m getting repeated “Pending DNS verification” failures for onepercentprotocol.com. I believe there is an orphaned DNS zone on NS1 that is blocking verification and SSL cert provisioning. Please can you clear the NS1 zone for onepercentprotocol.com so I can complete setup. This is urgent as the site is currently inaccessible.
