Thanks for reaching out!

We can extend the build time limit to 60 minutes for that site, however, weā€™ll need a credit card to be on the account in case there build minutes exceeded the allotted amount for the Starter plan.

You can read our Build Minute FAQ here:

Starter plan includes:
300 minutes /month
(then $7 per 500)

If you add a card to the account, please let us know and weā€™ll increase the build minute timeout to 60 minutes. Thanks!

Hi Melvin. Thanks for looking into this. I did add a card to my account yesterday prior to writing here and itā€™s showing on my end under ā€œbilling details for this team accountā€. Maybe something didnā€™t propagate correctly or something went wrong in the card setup?
