Enable wildcard subdomain for novavision.lat (multi-tenant SaaS)

Hi Netlify team,

I’m building a multi-tenant SaaS platform where each customer gets their own subdomain (e.g. customer-a.novavision.lat, customer-b.novavision.lat, etc.). A single Netlify site serves all subdomains, and the backend resolves which tenant to display.

Netlify site: novavision-test.netlify.app

Current setup:

  • Domain novavision.lat uses Netlify DNS (nameservers: dns1-4.p03.nsone.net)
  • I already added a wildcard CNAME * record pointing to my Netlify site
  • The site is currently accessible at novavision-test.netlify.app

What I need:

  • Enable *.novavision.lat as a wildcard custom domain on my site
  • Provision the wildcard SSL certificate for *.novavision.lat

When I tried adding *.novavision.lat as a custom domain through the UI, I got an “Invalid domain name” error. I understand this needs to be enabled by the Netlify team.

I can provide my Site ID via private message if needed.

Thank you!
