I don’t believe this is an issue with Netlify.
I wonder about your MX records. Those you are using are for email forwarding as per Forward your emails from email aliases - Google Domains Help. If you are hosting your email with Google Workspace you might best follow Activate Gmail for Google Workspace - Google Workspace Admin Help.
Failing that, you might need to get in touch with Google support.
