Hi Netlify Support,
I’m the owner of brofit.in. My old Netlify account (which had this domain on Netlify DNS) has been deleted, and I no longer have access to it.
I’m trying to add brofit.in to my new site (eclectic-hummingbird-87c516.netlify.app) but I get: “brofit.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I purchased/manage this domain through AmbitionHost. Could you please help release it so I can connect it to my new account? I’m happy to provide any ownership proof needed.
Additional info: I checked and brofit.in’s nameservers are currently set to Netlify’s own DNS (dns1-4.p02.nsone.net), confirming the DNS zone is fully hosted on Netlify under the old deleted account. Since I can’t access that account, I’m unable to add any verification records myself — could you please manually release the domain so I can set it up fresh on my new account?
