Domain removal requested by client

I have sold the domain and the new owner has requested this domain animezia.com to be removed from netlify account.
On the behalf of the client I request you to remove the domain from this account.

Post link has been added as text record in dns of animezia.com

Hello, i have former netlify app with sites name (site 1) https://onefizzbeach.netlify.app and still can be accessed
and i deleted the project (site 1) . But still i can see it. Please help thank you

Hi, @Danysevian. The site is question is under an account where the login email address is different than the one being used for this forum post. It also is not clear what you mean when you write “i deleted the project (site 1)” as this site is not deleted. What is this “project” you deleted and where did you delete it?

If you are the owner of this site and want to delete it, the workflow is this:

  1. Identify the email address you used to login to Netlify.
  2. If you no longer have the password reset it here: https://app.netlify.com/login/forgot-password
  3. Login to Netlify
  4. After login, delete the site here: https://app.netlify.com/sites/onefizzbeach/configuration/general#delete-site

If that does not work or if there are any questions, please let us know.

Is the rigth account i deleted from there but i still can access to they website

I can see the login email address for the account with the isahairmagic site. That account is using the same email address you use for logging into this support forum. However, that email address is a completely different email address than the account with the onefizzbeach site.

In other words, you did not use the correct email address to login for the onefizzbeach site. It is a different email address then the one you are using.
