Domain managed by another team: pentafit.me

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m trying to add my custom domain pentafit.me to my new Netlify project, but I’m getting the following error:

“pentafit.me or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old team that owns the domain.

To verify that I own the domain, I have added the following TXT record at my DNS provider (GoDaddy):

  • Host/Name: @
  • Type: TXT
  • Value: verified-for-netlify

Could you please verify the TXT record and release pentafit.me from the previous team so that I can add it to my current Netlify project?

Hi Netlify team,

I am the owner of pentafit.me and I have access to the GoDaddy account.

I no longer have access to the old Netlify account/team where this domain was previously managed.

Could you please release the Netlify DNS zone or remove the domain from the old team so I can attach it to my current Netlify project?

I can verify domain ownership if needed.
