Domain Already Managed by Another Team – Requesting Domain Ownership Verification for servanda.co

Hi Netlify Team,

I’m trying to add my custom domain servanda.co to my Netlify site, but I keep getting the error:

“servanda.co or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

This is my first time using Netlify, and I currently manage my DNS through Cloudflare.
I believe this domain may have been previously added to another Netlify account (perhaps by someone else on my team or from an old setup).

Here are the details:

  • Netlify site name: servanda.netlify.app
  • Custom domain: servanda.co
  • DNS Provider: Cloudflare
  • Error message: “Domain is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”

I can verify ownership by adding a TXT record to my Cloudflare DNS if you provide me with the verification value.

Please help me release the domain or associate it with my current Netlify account.
Let me know the verification steps required, and I’ll add the TXT record right away.

The TXT record with value 405096 has been added at the root of servanda.co via Cloudflare. Please verify and release the domain from the other account so I can add it to my team. Thanks!
