DNS verification failed although DNS is correct and HTTPS was previously enabled

Hello Netlify team,

I need help with an SSL issue for my production site.

Project:
voluble-pavlova-d50157

Domain:
zyncoapp.in

Issue:

• HTTPS certificate shows as enabled in Netlify.
• A new Let’s Encrypt certificate was issued on Aug 5.
• DNS records are correct in GoDaddy.
• However, browsers still return ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on multiple devices and networks.
• The site opens on some devices but fails on others.

I have verified:

• Only one Netlify project is using zyncoapp.in.
• admin.zyncoapp.in is on a separate project.
• DNS records point to Netlify.
• No duplicate custom domain exists.

Could you please check if there is any backend SSL/edge/domain mapping issue for this site?
