My team account (Deilor) has run out of AI credits and my production deploys are now blocked.
I never intentionally used the AI Agent feature. The credits were consumed automatically without my knowledge. I didn’t even know this feature existed when I created the account.
I only need basic static site hosting with manual deploys (drag and drop HTML). I don’t use or need any AI features.
I have already disabled AI Features in Team Settings > AI enablement and set the usage limit to 0 so this won’t happen again.
Could a Netlify staff member please reactivate my deploys without waiting for the next billing cycle?
