How do I publish these files (.html and .jpg)?
There might be good instructions here. I am yet to find them. (Following them might take several minutes.)
I could upload the files to Netlify.
Do I have to change these build settings?

@Julian.Dumitrascu Your files actually are already published to the site that you linked to, for example:

You just don’t have an index.html file, which is why you see a 404 page when viewing the root of the site.
I had just renamed that .html file when I was notified about your message. Thank you!
