This started happening recently. It was fine one day and the next it stopped. I have my GitHub set so that the Netlify checks need to pass before a PR can be merged. It does deploy in Netlify, but its not reporting back to GitHub

I checked a bunch of other forum messages which recommended:
- Delete and re-add the repo
- Check the notifications
- Try and empty commit
Nothing is working so far. It’s been 2 days of PRs not getting commit checks.
