Deploy fails with 502 lambda timeout

I have used to build on netlify, but then that started timing out so i started building locally, and deploy manually, which worked for a while, but now i am getting a timeout error after dragging the build folder to the uploader. The site has 39k files, and 1.51GB, so that’s probably it, not sure if anything can be done about it.

it sometimes would not work and work again, but yesterday and today i have tried 5x times and i can no longer get it to work

If I understand correctly, you’re running into this issue when using the Drag and Drop deploy method?
