Custom IDN (xn--) domain routing stuck after switching primary domain on Netlify DNS

Netlify site name:
deluxe-dasik-30728d.netlify.app

My site content is fully accessible via the Netlify subdomain:

https://deluxe-dasik-30728d.netlify.app

However, both custom domains are currently inaccessible:

Custom domains:

Error / behavior:
Both custom domains fail to load (no content served),
while the Netlify subdomain works correctly and serves the latest version.

This is an IDN (xn–) domain using Netlify DNS.

After switching the primary domain multiple times (between apex and www),
the custom domain routing appears to be stuck.
Neither apex nor www resolves to the site anymore,
but the Netlify subdomain continues to work.

I have NOT removed DNS records at the registrar side.
DNS is still pointing to Netlify as managed.
This looks like an edge routing / domain binding issue on Netlify.

Please help reset or rebind the custom domain routing for this site.

Thank you.
