Dear Netlify Support Team,
I am reaching out for assistance regarding the provisioning of my custom domain ngteca.com, associated with the Netlify site ngteca.netlify.app.
I have updated the nameservers at my domain registrar to Netlify’s DNS (dns1.p03.nsone.net, dns2.p03.nsone.net, dns3.p03.nsone.net, dns4.p03.nsone.net), and it has now been over 48 hours. Despite this, the Netlify dashboard still displays “Preparing your domain…” for ngteca.com—both as the primary domain and as a domain alias.
I have confirmed via multiple DNS checkers that the nameservers have fully propagated globally. Additionally, the www.ngteca.com subdomain appears correctly under Netlify DNS and has an active SSL certificate provisioned.
Given that DNS propagation is complete, I kindly request your help to investigate why ngteca.com remains in an unprovisioned state.
