Hello Support,

I need to urgently update this ticket. This is not just about “el-wessam.com”. The deleted team was managing ALL of our business infrastructure and multiple custom domains.

Currently, all our live production sites are completely down, causing a massive financial and operational outage for our clients and company.

Please, I need an immediate escalation to a senior backend engineer to check if the team deletion can be rolled back. If a full restoration is impossible, please let me know immediately so we can start the disaster recovery process for all domains.

Unfortunately, self-cancelled accounts cannot be restored. All the sites and the data associated with it is gone. You can create a new account and add the sites there.
