Request to recover deleted team "MIQCRAFT" and associated projects

Hi Netlify team,

I’m reaching out to kindly request your help in recovering a team and its associated projects that were accidentally deleted.

Earlier today (July 23, 2025), around 3:00 PM local time (UTC+7), I was experiencing a poor internet connection while managing our team. Unfortunately, I mistakenly clicked the cancellation button, which resulted in the deletion of the entire team and all the deployed websites under it. This was completely unintentional, and I would be extremely grateful if there’s any way to recover the deleted team and its projects.

Here are the details I can provide:

  • Team name: MIQCRAFT
  • Approximate time of deletion: July 23, 2025, around 3:00 PM (UTC+7)
  • Account email: The email associated with the account was recently changed. I’m happy to provide both the previous and current email addresses privately if needed for verification.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to proceed. I understand this may take time, but any help would mean a lot.

Unfortunately, team deletion is irreversible. For this reason, there’s a confirmation page in which you have to verify that you’d like to proceed with permanent deletion before doing so.

At this point, I’d recommend creating a new team and re-deploying the sites there.

I understand there was a confirmation page, but due to an internet error at the time, the cancel button acted as a confirmation button instead.

As a result, I no longer have the files for some of the projects. I would really appreciate your help.

We sent an email to the address associated with your forums account, “d * a * .m * q * a * @gmail.com”. Please check your inbox for that response.

Thanks for the update. I tried opening the ticket link and logging in using my email d*a*.m*q*a*@gmail.com, but it looks like the forum password isn’t the same as my Netlify account password.

I also tried to reset the password, but I didn’t receive any verification code I’ve already checked my inbox, spam, and other folders just in case, but nothing came through.

But I’ve been asking for support specifically related to restoring the entire team and all its projects, not just one project or domain.

I understand that email correspondence may not be forthcoming, and I will try to open a new support ticket as suggested. However, I really hope that the team recovery issue can be handled properly, as it is very important to us.

As I mentioned initially, deletion of a team is irreversible. We are not able to restore the team at this point. However, we can assist with freeing up the domains for use on a new account. I see we’re in communication via email, we’ll continue correspondence there and I’ll be closing out this thread. Thanks.
