@lpn I believe Netlify’s prerendering has known issues and they’re unlikely to fix/improve in the near term.

If you’re on a Pro or Enterprise plan, then “External services” becomes an option:

It’s possible there may still be something else wrong, and if so Netlify will likely address.
But just something to be aware of, as it has never had the Beta flag removed in the documentation:
