Can't download zip file of my project

The better the post - the faster the answer.

While trying to download the site I recently deployed the to platform, it kept on loading and finally showed error. I was wondering why the error as I know I’ve download such before but not now working again.

Please, I need to download the whole site, kindly help.

Could you try using an incognito window or a browser without any extensions to be sure? Additionally, you could check if there are some error in your browser’s console when you click on the download button?
