Sitename: admin-v2.ninjou.fi
I am trying to renew certificate to my branch subdomain preprod.admin-v2.ninjou.fi to get certificate. I have tried to click “Renew certificate” multiple times on different days. I have asked gen AI help and double checked everything.
Hi. Netlify automatically provides SSL certificates for subdomains if they are properly configured under your Domain settings. First, check if your subdomain is added correctly under Custom domains. If you’re using an external DNS provider, ensure your subdomain’s CNAME record points to sitename.netlify.app. After that, go to Domain settings > HTTPS and verify if the SSL certificate is active. If it’s still not enabled, try deleting and re-adding the subdomain or trigger SSL renewal in the settings. Hope this works.
Removed subdomain from Netlify DNS and added branch subdomain back. That created subdomain to DNS and SSL got added. Strangely DNS and everything looks just same as before removing. Bug?
