Can’t get SSL/TLS certificate (using external DNS)

Hi Netlify team,

I’m having trouble issuing an SSL/TLS certificate for my domain veronikakopyl.com.

:white_check_mark: I’ve followed the guide here: Troubleshooting SSL certificate errors, but it didn’t resolve the issue.

:pushpin: Here are some details:

  • There are no errors showing in the UI – it just doesn’t issue the certificate.
  • I’m using external DNS (domain is managed on imena.ua).
  • DNS records are pointing to Netlify (I’ve set up the A and CNAME records as required).
  • Domain: veronikakopyl.com

Could you check on your end and help me understand why the certificate isn’t being issued?
