I’m experiencing a deployment timeout: Build exceeded maximum allowed runtime
It seems odd that yarn install would timeout, especially since locally the 5th step takes very little time.
I’m not sure what levers I can pull. I tried using the default YARN version and I also tried forcing the YARN version to my local version (1.22.17), but neither worked.
You’ll see in the build output below that I enabled debug logs so there is more info.

hi there, so, the default build time for a site is 15 minutes. We can bump this up to more time if there is a payment method on file (i.e credit card) on the account.
I see you are a Pro account member, would you like us to bump you up to 30 mins and see if that helps?
Do you think that will solve the issue? Seems odd that building the fresh packages would take so long. Is that a reflection of the resource constraints of the build server?
i will have to get someone else to take a look at this, but in an attempt to get you unstuck and get a fresh build going, i would suggest you build locally and then push those files. is that something you can try?
i made a mistake i thought i had bumped your build time up to 90 minutes but i forgot a final step to save the changes. so, you were still running as if you only had a 45 minute build timeout.

hi again, i just reviewed your build logs and it really does look like your app requires a 2+ hour build time. I do think you would benefit from trying to optimize this a bit, but i just bumped you up to a 3 hour build time so you can complete the build. if this still doesn’t work, the only real solution i can make is to build locally and then push the completed/built files so you don’t have to build on deploy.
I’ll also have someone from a different team reach out to you and see if we can maybe get you on a different plan to make things more efficient!
