Hello Netlify Support,
I am reaching out to seek assistance with my custom domain setup. I configured my domain, techsavvyspace.online, with Netlify 11 days ago. However, the domain status is still showing “Awaiting Netlify DNS.”
Here are the details of my setup:
Custom Domain: techsavvyspace.online
Domain Provider: hostinger
Despite following all the instructions in the Netlify documentation and waiting for more than the usual propagation time, the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
When you look up your domain here: ICANN Lookup
It shows:
Domain Status:
serverHold
serverTransferProhibited
clientTransferProhibited
serverHold prevents DNS resolution. This is set by your domain registrar (HOSTINGER operations, UAB) and you’d need to contact their support to understand your account status. This may be a process around account activation, or a payment issue, or a violation of Terms of Service, or anything that they may define as critical enough to prevent your domain from being used.
i just contacted hostinger and they said that my server is suspended by radix and now i have just submited form to unblock my website . thanks for help btw
