Awaiting DNS on custom domain

Hi

I have a domain that I registered through Ionos and have Netlify hosting.

Custom domain is ellacollier.com. The error I get when I try to pull up the site in Firefox is “We can’t connect to the server at ellacollier.com.” (For both with and without the www.)

The netlify url is leafy-salmiakki-e56702.netlify.app

The primary is stuck on ‘Awaiting Netlify DNS’ and has been for 3 or 4 days.
The secondary DNS says it is connected, but of course redirects to the primary.

I have the same problem as above, registered with IONOS sunwist.tech - endearing-belekoy-8d82e1.app, Can you resolve itt for me please.
