Asset Optimization - Scripts disappear from head on some refreshes

After enabling Asset Optimization, on some page refreshes the script and stylesheet dissear from the header all together. On initial load I usually see the scripts as minified and hosted on cloudfront, but on many refreshes the page loses all it’s style and functionality, and when the head is inspected it there are no longer lines for the main stylesheet or main javascript file.

I have to disable asset optimization for now so that the page is functioning.

hi @brandlew, this sounds frustrating, and not something i think we have heard about before (not saying it isn’t happening though).

First step to troubleshoot would be to ask if this problem re-occurs when you enable asset optimization again?
