Site names: petsense-ai.netlify.app and relatelabsai.netlify.app
Both production sites have all serverless functions returning 404. Static assets load fine on both sites. Functions show as deployed and actively running in the dashboard logs.
Debugging steps already taken:
- Rolled back to known working versions on both sites — no fix
- Confirmed all environment variables are present and correct
- Confirmed billing is current
- No firewall rules or WAF configured
- Netlify status page shows all green
- This started today after a Netlify Drop deploy to petsense-ai only — relatelabsai has not been touched in over a week and is also broken
Support ticket #1053934 submitted 5 hours ago with no response.
Both apps are completely down. Any help appreciated.
