Adding the following branch URL to our site's SSL certificate

Netlify Support,I wonder if you could please add the following branch URL to our site’s SSL certificate.

Account: Armory
Team Site: docs.armory.io (armory-docs.netlif.app)
Branch name: v2-31–armory-docs.netlify.app, v2-32–armory-docs.netlify.app
Branch URL: v2-31–armory-docs, v2-32–armory-docs

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! Can you confirm you’ve followed all the steps on this guide first?

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, I follow all of the instructions.

Cheers,

Hi,

I would like to confirm if the below needs to be done on the Netlify side?

Cheers,
Shlomo

Can you specify the domain name of the branch deploys? You’ve listed the branch names but not the URLs you’ve created CNAME records for.

Can you ensure the branch is successfully deployed to Netlify? I’m unable to issue an SSL cert until that step is complete.

Hi Sid,

I can’t update the branch on the Netlify app since I have no access to the account for some reason

Cheers,
Shlomo

Hi, can you clarify what you mean by no access to the account. Are you not able to login?

Hi,
I can access it now!
Can we please add following:

Account: Armory
Team Site: docs.armory.io (armory-docs.netlif.app)
Branch name: v2-31–armory-docs.netlify.app, v2-32–armory-docs.netlify.app
Branch URL: v2-31–armory-docs, v2-32–armory-docs

https://v2-31.docs.armory.io/

Thanks!
