Add a and aaaa records

I need to add a and aaaa records to my subdomain collect.knapstad.dev
but im getting this error message:
dns_api knapstad.dev - collect.knapstad.dev/A: 400 - link exists, all config must be empty
site name is objective-jepsen-e3c353

these are the record I need added:

|A|216.239.32.21||
|A|216.239.34.21||
|A|216.239.36.21||
|A|216.239.38.21||
|AAAA|2001:4860:4802:32::15||
|AAAA|2001:4860:4802:34::15||
|AAAA|2001:4860:4802:36::15||
|AAAA|2001:4860:4802:38::15|

Please read that support guide above for an in-depth explanation of how these records behave with our service. The three key points there are summarized as:

  • These records are locked by default and can be unlocked by our support team.
  • These records only connect domain names to IP addresses.
  • These records do not control which site the domain name is linked to (if any).

I unlocked all the records for the knapstad.dev custom domain. You can delete any NETLIFY/NETLIFYv6 records which will then allow you to create the A and AAAA type records.
