Hello, While trying to login to my account using my GitHub account there was an Authentication error which Stated “Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account has been blocked. Please contact our Support team at Support for assistance.” What should I do now? Thank You.

I got the same message and the system asked for screen shot and email address, but nothing has been done so far.
