502 error on git lfs push

Something appears to be going on with netlify, I’m getting similarly unexpected 502s sometimes, working other times:

All netlify identity and function requests from my site only appear to be working intermittently now. Sometimes they’re returning as expected, other times they return 502 errors. Nothing has changed on the site for months, and this has all been working for months. Are there server issues happening within netlify?
