My site is cv-olivier-lefevre. I deployed by manually uploading a directory; i doesn’t get any simpler than that! All the files are visible except one, for some inexplicable reason. Here are sample X-Nf-Request-Id headers: 01KSG2BJ0FCKAB4MBJGFJJZV9S and 01KSZWDQTWRP0D51NZ3ZPDN2ZT.

Please no gaslighting! There is only a single deployment, hence no possible confusion. The file exists and is visible in the dashboard, There is no typo in the filename: it is as in the dashboard. Since all the other files are visible, do not try to blame my network.

I found the problem: unbeknownst to me, I had two projects (after creating a new one by mistake) and had been uploading updates into the wrong one.

But this is a Netlify usability issue as well: upload a directory on the wrong page and you will be silently creating a new project instead of updating the one you want. I strongly feel that creating a new project should be more intentional, as it is an infrequent action and automatic project creation reeks of magic.
