Who's currently hosting my website and why can't Netlify verify my DNS

Hello all,
I recently moved from Firebase Hosting to Netlify (was previously on Netlify but wanted integrations with Firebase). When I added my custom domain (9662e.dev), the website still looks like it’s being hosted from Firebase. I checked the DNS panel and it says https://9662e.netlify.app/ is fine, https://www.9662e.dev/ is fine, but https://9662e.dev/ has the ‘Awaiting Netlify DNS’ status.

I’ve deleted the Firebase project and deleted anything related to hosting around 5 hours ago (so maybe that’s why it’s still verifying?) but if it’s still verifying, I’m not sure how the www.9662e.dev domain is verified.

Also on the topic of www.9662e.dev being ‘verified’, when I open that, chrome says the connection is not private ‘NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID’.

In terms of certificates, it says that ‘9662e.dev doesnt seem to be hosted by Netlify’ and that the certificate expired 10 days ago.

Please tell me if I need to add anything else here!
Thanks,
9662e
