Whats the difference between incremental builds and the createSiteDeploy api

API update a single file

I have 100’s of small html files. I am trying to update a single file via API. I create a sha of that single file. { “files”: { “/changedFile001.html”: “ee4f5f927382699870b3e9182f243f44850af8b7” } } and end it to : https://api.netlify.com/api/v1/sites/(siteId)/deploys get a deployId from response then update the content POST https://api.netlify.com/api/v1/deploys/(deployId)/files/ I have my site set to manual deploys.
